W. Delphine Floyd is the founder of W.I.L.L. Ministries. She is the assistant to Chaplain (Lt. COL) Timothy Atkinson. She also serves on the board for Fort Bragg Protestant Women of the Chapel (PWOC). She was strategic in helping to start “Thrive On” for the Special Forces Group, a program for spouses whose husbands are deployed.
Pastor Delphine is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina but has travel for over twenty years as a military spouse. Travelling has afforded her the opportunity to speak nationally and internationally at churches, businesses, and schools. She has over thirty years of ministry experience. Her passion is teaching, training and group facilitation. She has been the keynote speaker at prayer seminars, retreats and conferences. She has served as associate pastor, singles pastor and overseer of small group ministry and much more. She received a master degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a bachelor degree from Fayetteville State University in Business Administration.
Currently, Pastor Delphine is living her long time dream of working full time in ministry. She is a missionary to the Fort Bragg Religious Support Team. She has the honor of working with our nation’s military chaplains helping to serve and provide spiritual support to our military families. Pastor Delphine is a member of Covenant Love Church in Fayetteville, NC under the leadership of Pastor Al and Tava Brice.
Her motto is “to know Christ more and make Him known”. She has one son, Daniel.
